Premium Heritage Boots® hopes that you are happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can send your order back.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it. The products must be unworn, in the condition in which you received them and be returned in the original packaging (including the label).

The costs of returning are for your account. Make sure you frank the package sufficiently and send it to the address below:

The products are under your responsibility until they are back with us, so make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged on the way. In the event of damage, we may charge costs. We cannot send a confirmation of receipt of your return. Therefore, always keep the receipt for the return shipment well so that you can always check when we have received your return.

I ordered the wrong size by accident.

It can happen to anyone that you have checked the wrong size during your order. No problem with us if you let us know within 24 hours of your order. State your order number and name.


I want to exchange the item for another size.

You can download our return form at the bottom of the website for returns and exchanges. Here you can indicate which size you would like to receive. This form also clearly states how the package must be returned. Feel free to contact us in advance so that we can reserve the replacement item or order it in advance from the supplier. The costs of returning are for your own account, and we will send the replacement copy free of charge.


Which items are excluded from an exchange?

From a hygienic point of view, boxer shorts and socks cannot be exchanged. Maintenance and cleaning products can also not be exchanged, regardless of whether they are open or not. We reserve the right to refuse this.


I have received the wrong item.

We take great care to guarantee the best quality, but unfortunately, it can happen that an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly. If this is the case, please contact us. You will then receive all the information to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible free of charge.
